To get help to you faster, have these handy when you call:

• Your location: a cross street, a US-101 or SR-237 exit, a Caltrain station, or a business name.
• What is wrong: a tow, a jump, a flat, a lockout, or fuel.
• Your vehicle: the year, make, and model, whether it is an EV or AWD, and whether it rolls and steers.
• Any safety concern: if you are in traffic or anyone is in danger, say so first, and call 911 if it is an emergency.
